You really want to go there???

What flak  this entire election process has produced. I mean, think about it--would all this "background" information and archives to a war thirty years ago happened if Karl and the RNC would have chosen not to go there? Karl's idea to splatter the Senator all over the pages as a anti war longhair hippie would have worked maybe in the early eighties but not now. We want to hear about what these guys are going to do about the important things like making my airtravel a thing of enjoyment like it was without the security wanting me naked in order to pass their scanners. this is impossible of course now but that does not mean that the top guy can't make it a little easier with some better procedures and training. What have either of these candidates said about taking care of veterans from Iraq? I'm talking about long term care not the welcome home party and greeting them on the carrier after the mission was accomplished. We need to hear that the V. A. med crisis is going to get some attention. This is all obfuscated by the "war records" of each of these guys. We don't want to go there( hear a voice out there in heartland America Terry and Karl?)--chill out on the swifties and the move on baloney and get to the facts that will keep the audience awake during the debate.

The American public is on the edge of their economic seats like a kid at his first NFL game with the kicker about to make the punt in the last 30 seconds of the game. We need to know if we can rely on the company we work for to continue selling to the government, overseas, and to the public. Will we be able to buy that first home? What about infastructure? The environment has taken a back seat also. Someone needs to talk about the superfund and the cleanup process that was so important in the last election.

Leave the war back in Nam--we really don't want to go there.
